The hair good smells nice and feels nice but I don’t know about the bottles because I can’t open them. Are the glass bottles because I can’t get the products out. It’s like the product has solidified on top of it so I can’t use them and I don’t know how to get it out. If I had direction on it I will be really happy. Products came within days of my order!
